Unfortunately whilst at Dubbo, Cleo contracted a virus and lost a lot of weight  prior to the National Show. She still managed to place 3rd at the Nats in a quality field of fillies.   At the start of her 2YO season Cleo's show career was very sadly cut short due to injury. Cleo was bred to excel under saddle and it is a great shame that she never realised her potential. She was still incredibly successful in showing for only one season, obtaining  her ROM for Halter and she had many wins, and grand champion titles. Cleo has now retired to our  much  loved  broodmare  band.     Cleo has out produced herself with her first foal  the outstanding CPS Intenselysophisticated (Sophie). Sophie has has amassed over $10,000 in prizemoney and prizes during her weanling season and won all of the major paint futurities!! Sophie was the star of the 2007 Paint National Show and her major wins for the season included; National Supreme Weanling Futurity Exhibit, National Weanling Filly Futurity Champion, National YISC Futurity Champion, National Champion Weanling Filly, NSW State $5,000 Weanling Futurity Champion, & VIC State Weanling Futurity Champion!
